Post Visit Surveys

ReminderXchange can send text messages requesting your clients or patients to take a post-visit satisfaction survey, or any type of survey you would like to conduct.

Our survey request texts include a secure link that receivers can touch on and then respond to the questions you have outlined for them in your survey. You are presented with a monthy report of both summary and detailed information including all responses recorded and data accunmulated. You can use our multi-tabed and pivot-tabled Excel reporting or your own tools to view, analyze and report with.

Note: We only send text surveys that can only be taken on a smartphone as the highest reponse rate comes from this format. Also, we recommend to only include a small number of questions in your survey(s). Seven to fifteen questions should cover most useful surveys.
