Get/View Reports
Users may view or download reports at any time when logged in to their secure account. Each Daily Reminder Report listed contains the results of all reminder messages that were sent on a given day. An example is shown below.
Summary totals are found at the bottom of the Daily Reminder Report. Here are the definitions for each of the summary totals:
TOTAL REMINDER COUNT = total number of messages sent out that day.
TOTAL REMINDERS TO PERSON = total number of messages received by a person either by phone or by text.
TOTAL REMINDERS LEFT ON MACHINE = total number of messages left on an answering machine or voicemail or sent via email.
TOTAL REMINDERS UNSUCCESSFUL = The total number of phone calls, texts and emails that were sent but the attempt did not go through due to the technical reason stated in the result status column.
Note: To view the previous month's Daily Reminder Reports, select the '[View Previous Month Daily Reminder Reports]' link near the bottom of the screen.
The Monthly Activity Summary Report is a summarization of the entire month of messages sent out from your account. It illustrates both in numeric and chart form all phone call, text and email totals for the month. The report contains Year-To-Date totals as well. An example of the Monthly Activity Summary report is shown below.
Note: To view all Monthly Activity Summary reports for the current year, select the '[View Monthly Activity Summary Reports]' link near the bottom of the screen
