Account Settings

When a user logs into the reminderXchange application they are immediately taken to the 'Account Settings' tab/page. From here, the user can edit basic account information including the company's demographic, contact and billing information.

Note: This page also contains an 'Account ID', which is your unique four (4) character account code. When logged in, you may access any tab/page from the Menu and/or list of tabs on the left side of the screen.

To add information or make changes, a user may edit any of the available fields and click Submit to save their changes.

To enter or edit credit card information click on the 'enter/edit credit card' link next to the credit cards picture on the Account Settings page. A small, pop-up window appears where the user may now enter/edit their credit card information.
